Bread has been an important part of human history for more than 8,000 years. Indeed, "this staff of life" has been one essential basis of Western culture and civilisation.

Statistics show that the daily German intake of bread greatly exceeds consumption in any other EU member country. It becomes less boring when you realise that more than 300 different varieties of bread are produced around Germany, and that doesn't include the many regional variations. German bread comes in all varieties, shapes and — most importantly — tastes!

German Rye breads

We have a selection of German Breads for everyone to choose from such as Farmer Bread, Heavy Rye Bread, Kraftkorn Bread, Rustical Bread, Swiss Country Bread, Rye Mixed Breads, Multi Grain Bread, French Country Bread, wheat mixed and much more.

We also serve various rolls, swabian pretzels, and pretzel rolls.

Cakes

Mouth watering cakes and pies such as Apple Cake, Apple Pie, Banana cake, Butter cake, Cheese cake, Fresh Fruit cake, Marble cake, Plum cake (import), Rhubarb cake (import), Strawberry cake and various buttercream cakes are available in single servings (or portions) to take home. Birthday cakes and other celebrity cakes are available on request.

All kind of cake is also available with an advanced notice of two days.

Pastries

Most of our famous pastries are available fresh daily. We have a wide assortment to choose from such as: Almond Brezels, Apple Strudels, Doughnuts, Bienenstich, Cheery Danishes, Cinnamon rolls, Coconut Danishes, Croissant, Danish Pastries, Eclairs, Hefe Zopfs, Jamrolls, Pig’s Ears, chocolates, and Muffins. We rotate the availability of our wide assortment of pastries that are made fresh daily with the finest ingredients.
